I loved collaborating with the talented Pamela Garvey on the cover art for her new book, Seven Miles Deep. Her work is amazing, smart and often dark. It's a departure from photography for me but exciting to work on new projects. When we were working on the concept of the wasp nest, my neighbor pointed out a huge wasp nest that had been made very quickly in a tree in my yard. A sign!
